The company started as a small trading & manufacturing facility with a focus on providing custom solutions for power distribution.

History
- 2007- Vision Vidyut is founded by a women entrepreneur Ms. Vaaishaali J Thorat an experienced professional from the power industry with primary focus on trading and manufacturing of small electrical items.
- 2009-2011- The company enters into Turnkey Projects & Electrical Contracting.
- 2011- Mr. Jaywannt S Thorat M.E. Electrical and an experienced Technocrat of over 20 yrs. In Electrical Transformer Design and Electrical maintenance field joins Vision Vidyut and the company is converted as a Private Limited Company.
- 2012- The Company begins its Manufacturing of Transformer at Shahpur and successfully completes type testing of first transformer.
- 2013- First LT panel 0f 4000 A rating successfully type tested at CPRI Bangalore.
- 2014- The company achieves ISO 9001:2015 certification for its quality management system and continues to focus on innovation and providing customized solutions for its customers
- 2016- First Energy efficient Transformer successfully type tested as per BIS & IS 1180 IEC 2026 and company is awarded BIS/ ISI licence.
- 2018- The Company expands its manufacturing facility and second manufacturing facility inaugurated near Thane to increase production capacity and meet the growing demand. Manufacturing of CSS begins.
- 2019- Third manufacturing facility inaugurated at Murbad, Thane.
- 2021- CSS successfully completes type testing at CPRI Bangalore as per IEC 62271-202-2011 including Internal arc test.
